Brad has been with Cregger Company for about 11 years as the Director of IT. During that time he has also been involved heavily with other operational aspects of the company. Brad has built the majority of the training documentation for Eclipse that Cregger uses for it's employees at a branch and corporate level. He has also been on the technology committee for the buying group WIT for 3 years. Brad is very enthusiastic to do his part to contribute to the improvement of the Eclipse product as a whole and to network with other distributors to help improve efficiencies across the board.

Business System Analyst
John Heinzel took a job in Customer Service at Revere Electric Supply Co in 2005 in desperation after struggling to find a job in IT after the dot.com bust. Revere was in the process of converting from an Array system to Solar Eclipse, and Solar was still in beta at the time, so documentation was lacking. After several months management saw that John was taking on IT responsibilities – troubleshooting issues, writing documentation, training others – so they offered him the Business System Analyst position. Since then Revere has grown by acquisition from 5 to 10 locations, and John has been instrumental in preparing for and testing those business system conversions, as well as writing reports, creating standard operating procedures, training users, testing beta releases, integrating companion products, and creating cases with Epicor when needed. In 2019 he was promoted to Manager of Business Systems.
This is the longest time John’s ever been in the same job. In the past John’s been an intake clerk at a prison, an inventory clerk at a State Police Headquarters, a farrier’s assistant at a horse barn, an energy usage auditor at an ESCO, and an assistant to the administrator of a governor’s mansion, but he loves his current job the best.

Daron began working at FD Lawrence in 2013. F.D. Lawrence is a three branch electrical distributor in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. He has used Eclipse since 1997. Daron's background in Eclipse is in sales, pricing, warehousing, purchasing, and inventory control. F.D. Lawrence went live on Eclipse in March of 2012. The transition did not go as smooth as planned. Daron worked with them as a consultant for a year before he came on board as a full-time employee in November of 2013. His role at FD Lawrence is to improve processes and train employees in all areas of Eclipse.

Electronic Custom Distributors, Inc. distributes audio, video, automation and wire products for the custom installation industry throughout the U.S. The company started in 1960, and currently has 30 employees with branches located in Houston, Dallas, and Austin, Texas.
Debbie has been with ECD since 1997 and has been instrumental in implementing Eclipse at their locations. ECD has been on Eclipse since 2001 and utilizes many of the companion products such as RF, Credit Card, Imaging, Internet Gateway, Web Commerce, and Starship.

Suzanne is the Training Coordinator/Web Admin for the Eclipse Users Group/UFO. She has worked in the distribution industry using DIMIS and SHIMS before becoming an executive assistant to the CFO of an international company where she worked closely with engineering, purchasing and sales management.
Suzanne has managed her own childcare service company for many years and began working part-time for the Eclipse Users Group/UFO in 2007. Suzanne became a full-time employee in late 2008. Suzanne is responsible for the organization aspects of all of the UFO Training classes and administration of the Eclipse Users Group website.

Shepherd Electric Supply
Jason started at Shepherd Electric Supply in 1997. Shepherd is a 5-location electrical distributor serving the greater Baltimore/Washington DC area, with a focus on project business. Shepherd went live with Eclipse in 2007, and Jason found his focus with analytics, process, and pricing. He works extensively with business intelligence tools, especially in the pricing area and works with the pricing department to ensure Strategic Pricing is working. He is also constantly looking for ways to optimize processes and improve efficiency wherever opportunities present themselves. Jason is the lead of the Sales Experience team along with Cyndi Skweres, and he is always working to get the enhancements YOU want into the software.

Dean has been in the electrical distribution industry for 40 years. First as an Automation Sales Engineer. Since then he has served as Industrial Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, IT Manager, and is currently responsible for Purchasing, Pricing, IT, and Logistics as VP of Operations. Over the years he has also served on various Advisory Boards and Steering Committees supporting the electrical distribution industry.
In 1999, two electrical distributors in central Pennsylvania decided to merge. One business system that would not operate in the year 2000, and one that would not support the merged company. Dean was involved with the committee that evaluated multiple systems and selected Eclipse for the new business. Out of necessity they embarked on a path that no one should try at home, to bring 5 locations up on a new system and merge 2 distribution centers into 1 RF warehouse all in 3 months.
Dean enjoys pushing the envelope every day to delivery outstanding customer service while breaking company records of inventory efficiency and net profitability. Today, Schaedler Yesco is $200M annually in 22 locations. Tomorrow, who knows.

Bill has been with Etna Supply for 22 years and ran one of the two DC's for 20 years. Etna went live with Eclipse November 2010 and Bill was a member of the core group that worked and learned from the Eclipse experts. He then trained and became part of the "Goto" group after Eclipse personal left them on their own. Bill is responsible for operational efficiency in process, procedure and the writing of company standard operating procedures and continues to train on all aspects of Eclipse. He loves working with Solar Reports and bringing back results that answer business questions that many never considered or thought possible to have a system report on. Bill feels he has business and Eclipse experience that would bring value to the Users Group and is excited for the opportunity to help.

Justin has held several important roles with Crescent Electric since joining May 2001. He began his career in the warehouse, moved to the Management Trainee program, and then to the Corporate Ops Support position. During his 16 years, he spent two years at the New York City location when holding the position of District Operations Manager. Crescent is a company with approximately 150 branch locations in 27 states, which includes their 5 subsidiary companies. Justin was one of the core trainers and support personnel when Crescent Electric rolled out Solar Eclipse and Job Management to their branch locations in 2014 and 2015. Justin remains one of the key contacts for branch personnel when there are system questions, process and procedure concerns, or when unique requests are received from customers. If Justin doesn’t have the answer, he works with the correct Corporate Department to assist with getting the answer or creating a solution for the branch.

Lighting Projects Manager

Kristina has been with Parrish-Hare Electric Supply for over 11 years and is currently the Manager over the Lighting Project Managers. Parrish-Hare went live on Eclipse in 2009 and Job Management in 2010 and she has been a trainer in many departments. Kristina believes it is well worth the time for all users to learn all aspects of the system, that each department is just a small piece of the larger puzzle. She is now actively using the Direct Through Stock program in Job Management & Eclipse and has talked with several other distributor friends to share the experience and information. Kristina feels that being the voice to make our Epicor systems even more effective and productive would be rewarding for not only her personally but for all Eclipse Users Group members.

Tammy has been with Mountainland Supply (Plumbing) / Contractors Supply (HVAC) over 10 years and in the industry for over 20 years. Mountainland went live with Solar Eclipse in 2011. Tammy’s experience with Eterm with a prior employer made her even more valuable to the transition team in helping to train 350+ employees on Eclipse ERP at every departmental level. She continues to oversee all training needs as well as the administration of Eclipse.
Tammy is responsible for assuring best practices and procedures with the writing of standard operating procedures and continues to train on all aspects of Eclipse. Her expertise includes: product file, Inventory Control, Sales Order Entry, EDI, PDW pricing, mass loads and report writer along with anything new out that would be beneficial for the company.
Tammy’s abilities and enthusiasm to teach & train as well as openness to learn, network and always looking for areas of improvement and optimization, and encourages process automation where applicable, she will bring great additional value to the Users Group just as she does for the company.

Cyndi has been in the Electrical industry for over 30 years, and has spent 18 of those years with Edges Electrical Group. Edges currently has over 200 employees with 12 branches throughout Northern CA. She started off in the lighting department at Edges as a Project Manager and switched over to the Pricing side when Edges went live on Eclipse in 2001. Currently she is the Pricing Manager and responsible for PDW, Strategic Pricing, all aspects of Product Maintenance and training on the system. Due to Cyndi’s prior experience working as a PA for various Electrical contractors, as well as an Electrical rep gives her a unique perspective to the industry as a whole.

Lisa started with Hajoca in 2015 managing the Eclipse Support & Development Teams. She has 19 years of wholesale distribution experience and has been involved with over 50 Eclipse implementations and has consulted with 100+ Eclipse customers over the years. Her areas of expertise include sales, operations, and purchasing. Lisa has been active with the Training and Enhancement Committees since 2016. Hajoca has been in business over 160 years and blends the clout of a large company with the opportunity of a small one. We understand that tastes and styles are different from place to place, so a “one size fits all” approach does not work. Our businesses have the freedom to operate like any local company and our managers conduct themselves with the focus and passion of business owners, right down to the products they carry and the teammates they hire. Hajoca started converting to Eclipse in 1997. Today, about 50% of our users are Solar experts with more users transitioning from Eterm to Solar every day.

Christina has over 15 Years of experience with Eclipse. 12 years at Eclipse beginning as an accounting support rep, ending as a product owner within the product development team. She has 3 years of experience as a customer with her focus almost exclusively maintaining and maximizing the usefulness of Eclipse as the needs of her company change. She is currently on the Vendor Relations committee and has previously worked with the enhancement committee as a representative of Eclipse product development team to review enhancement suggestions and help prioritize which would be included in future releases of Eclipse.

Husband, Father & Grandfather Ryan loves Family, God, & vegetable gardening. As the 2nd employee of Southwest Plumbing Supply Ryan grew up with the company. From warehouse grunt & delivery driver to equal partner with the founder’s sons he has consistently done the physical & mental work required in successful companies. In addition to warehouse & counter roles he has at various times managed branches, commercial bidding, purchasing & company price structures. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer his primary responsibilities include inventory, transfer & warehouse functions for all 6 company locations. An Eclipse user since 1994 and Solar since 2010 Ryan is always looking for ways to better use Eclipse in company operations.

Katina was one of the 'originals' of Eclipse and was there from the beginning. Her expertise is in purchasing and inventory management.
